My foot is better, my conditioning is finally better, my technique is getting better especially the areas where I felt i was the weakest. Im very happy how things are going right now there is only one thing left to do and that will come with patient.

"V" wants to put together like a open gym for women, only a bunch of girls who just wanna roll. I let you know about it. =)

Make sure you got a good letter and on dec if Im not mistaken most companies sign on December their Sponsors grapplers.
