I am a Black Belt under Relson Gracie and have been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for more than 20 years (since I was 12), the owner of Balance Studios in Philadelphia PA, and the founder of both JiuJitsuMatrix.com and JiuJitsuShare.com

I am also a Certified Master Level Yoga Instructor. I have been practicing yoga for 20+ years (since I was 8 years old.)
