Started BJJ in Army Combatives while in Iraq, When I got home I started working out at Vacanti Jiu Jitsu. I have a blackbelt in a Okinawan system called Seidokan karate. BJJ has helped me restart my passion for Martial Arts and has helped me become a better martial artist by learning a completely different style.
VJJ has been an incredible place to train with Pat teaching and everyone tapping (helping) me out. Thanks to all at VJJ
Yo Dev! I'm getting a small taste of what the last few weeks were for you. George left early this morning and won't be back till Friday night. It's pretty lonely, I do have the kids but their also a lot of work. Looking forward to seeing you when you get back in.
I think we're going to some place in Country Lakes where Todd's wife works. I just sent him a message asking if we're still on and I will def let you know. I know we're a drive from you but feel free to come over if you get tired of microwavable meals :)
Thanks, I am doing well. Just getting tired of the heat out here and I miss training at the gym. But for now I'm just hanging in there to make it to Sept so I can get back in the gym.
