Hey all,

Just saw a teaser on TV that the Yoga for Fighters spot filmed at Balance last week will air today, April 7 between 5-6 pm on 6 ABC (WPVI-Philadelphia).

Ok, I just ordered 1000 more.... man, I hate shipping stuff... such a pain in the butt.... These things sell out so fast.... the last batch sold in 9 hours... so crazy..

But, it seems like some of you did not get your copy.

Here's how you can get one...
#1 sign up here http://yogaforfighters.com/ (name and email)
#2 go to your email.... you should get a manual and free video
#3 do that practice until the new press is ready

(I will send an email on the yoga for fighters list when they are ready for purchase.... they are 49.99 (the price on 3 yoga classes) online (45 at Balance) The new DVD (v1.2) is 2 DVDs in One... Half Yoga, half BJJ/MMA....)
