We observed a moment of silence at 7pm tonight. We stopped in the middle of "takedown drills", faced the picture of Helio and dropped to seiza. You could hear a pin drop...it was a powerful moment. For a few seconds, I felt connected to every other Jiu Jitsu person on the mats at that moment, carrying on the legacy Master Helio left to us.
